About Me

What I can offer to my mentees
As a clinical mentor, I always take an active role in teaching and enjoy working closely with my mentees to provide guidance & support and serve as a role model for the mentees. I can help my mentee to be critical and develop mentee’s capacity for logical reasoning and ability to draw logical inferences from observation, experimental data, clinical data with translation to clinical application. I encourage mentee’s creativity and inventiveness including the identification of new research topics, discovery of new techniques, and development of a strong career plan.

About me
I am a UK qualified physiotherapist who has been practicing in both private sector and the National Health Service (NHS) since early 2018. I am now working as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the NHS. I also successfully completed my post-professional clinical training in advanced manipulative physiotherapy at University of Birmingham (UK) in 2020, and then I became a member of Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (UK Member Organisation of the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy). I recently completed my study of postgraduate certificate in clinical education at Keele University. I see myself as a reflective professional with an enthusiasm for teaching and I always have the desire to experience long-term professional growth and career progression as a clinical mentor.
