I am a board-certified orthopedic specialist (OCS) and certified strength & conditioning specialist (CSCS) with experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. Besides practicing as a physio, I also taught undergraduate kinesiology for eight years.

I have worked in insurance-based healthcare, as a travel PT and as a physio with Cirque du Soleil. Currently, I own my own cash-based practice in Santa Barbara, California. I also run the social media account, Rehab Science, which is one of the largest Instagram accounts dedicated to the study of musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
